Refund and Returns Policy

Returns & subsequent replacements are only applicable for products that are received by you in a damaged condition. To initiate this, kindly note the following points:

• Email to us at info@inasafinejewellery.com along with your Purchase order ID within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• We will acknowledge and revert within 48 hours of receipt of your mail.
• Once you receive a reply from us, you will have to ship the product to us in its original, unused condition. The shipping cost for the same has to be borne by the customer.
• Upon receipt of the product by us & necessary checks, we will initiate the product exchange within 48 hours.
• MONETARY REFUNDS WILL NOT BE DONE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
• Exchange of the same product will be done based upon availability of the same. If the required product is Out of stock, then the product exchange will translate into a STORE CREDIT (Equal to the Purchase Price) and will be valid for a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of your product by us.
• Products purchased in the period of a special promotional offer, contests, clearance or any special scheme, cannot be returned or replaced.
