Shipping Policy

We at INASA Fine Jewellery endeavor to ensure that our product is delivered to you in the right condition and with the right time frame. In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies such as Shiprocket, Bigship and other relevant logistics partners.

Delivery Timeline: While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 10 – 12 working days.

For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 4-7 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 10-12 working days.

Delivery may delay by 2-3 days as per the location. One will receive tracking details over email.

Shipping Fee within India: Free shipping on cart value of Rs 500/- and above.

Alternately, a flat fee of Rs 60/- will be charged as SHIPPING FEE if the cart value is less than ₹499. This shipping fee is nonrefundable.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped out.
